Since 1964, Glen Haven Home has been dedicated to serving the needs of the elderly, terminally ill, and others needing assistance in Glenwood and the surrounding area. We strive for excellence in providing the highest quality of care for our residents. It is our goal to preserve a resident's individuality in a secure, comfortable setting.

Our 75 bed skilled nursing facility offers residents a coordinated program of care that focuses on their physical, emotional, social, and spritual needs. We can provide in-house dental, podiatry, vision, and audiology services, Hospice, and Respite care. Our caring, compassionate staff includes a nurse on duty 24 hours a day. Medications are managed and distributed 24 hours a day by professionally assisted staff.

Representatives from nursing, social services, and the dietary departments meet regularly to assess and update a total care plan for each resident. This includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy at the facility, when ordered by a physician. Housekeeping is provided and daily laundry is returned to the resident's room and put away.
