Medicaid Assistance (Title 19):
Glen Haven accepts Medicaid for payment. Medicaid will only pay for a semi-private room. Check with your local Department of Human Services office for an application or call Glen Haven for assistance.

Long Term Care Insurance:
Glen Haven accepts long term insurance. Our Office Manager would be happy to assist you with the appropriate paperwork.

Medicare A:
Medicare Part A (Skilled Care) will pay for room and board, if criteria set by Medicare is met. A 3-day hospital stay and the need for skilled services is required. Glen Haven will bill Medicare A and your supplemental insurance plan.

Medicare B:
Medicare Part B will pay for therapy services provided by our qualified therapists. The facility will bill Medicare B and your supplemental plan.
